The Presence of Jesus is our North Star
In a time of complexity, pressure, and constant change, it’s easy to lead from urgency, strategy, or expectation. But we were never meant to navigate ministry that way. Jesus Himself is our guide. His presence centers us, His voice directs us, and His Spirit leads us forward. As we gather, we will reorient our hearts and leadership around Him—learning again to listen, to trust, and to follow where He is leading.
